Flu and COVID-19

Inpatient and outpatient services
Everyone is required to screen themselves for flu and COVID-19 to enter the building, and requested to wear a face mask while in clinical spaces like assessment rooms, waiting areas, and program spaces. Masks may be removed in common spaces, like the dining room while eating.

Visiting

We look forward to welcoming you to Casey House at our front door on Isabella Street.

Casey House is a judgement-free space that is committed to our clients’ safety and privacy. Just as we expect this of staff, peers, clients and volunteers, we expect all guests and visitors to respect and uphold these fundamental principles of care. See Casey House’s code of conduct.

Visiting inpatient clients

Inpatient visiting hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Visitors are encouraged to pre-arrange their visit so staff can plan clinical care accordingly. All visitors, including family members, must be approved by a client prior to accessing the inpatient unit by phone or in-person.

Interested in the building?

To maintain a safe space for clients, Casey House is not open to the public. If you are interested in learning more about the architecture or inquiring about a tour, contact us.
